Caswell County Local Foods: Empowering Communities

The Caswell County Local Food Council provides a complimentary lunch for the community on the third Wednesday of each month.  The menu planning and preparation is coordinated by the Caswell County Extension ECA (Extension Community Association) leader, Sonya Patterson. Locally grown ingredients are featured in the meal and the event often includes a community member group providing updates and details on their activities.
